The PowerPack 400 is a 36 V 11 Ah external pack, about 2.5 kg, that charges in around 3.5 hours. The 400 and 500 frame PowerPacks are interchangeable, so a bike can be upgraded from 400 to 500 for more range.
It charges through the Bosch eBike System 2 oval charge port.
