Fits with the Bosch PowerTube 750 (smart system). A Cube Stereo Hybrid 160 (smart system) runs the Bosch Smart System (BES3), so the replacement battery is the Bosch PowerTube 750 (smart system) (750 Wh, 36 V, BES3).

The current Cube Stereo Hybrid 160 runs the Bosch Performance Line CX smart system and takes a smart-system PowerTube 750.
Older Stereo Hybrid models on eBike System 2 use a BES2 625, which is a different, non-interchangeable pack.
