Use the Shimano EC-E8004 / EC-E6002 charger. A Norco Sight VLT (Shimano E8000) charges through the Higo / Julet charge and signal connector at 4 A, so the correct charger is the Shimano EC-E8004 / EC-E6002 charger.

A Norco Sight VLT (Shimano E8000) runs the Shimano STEPS E8000 / E7000 / E6100 and charges through the Higo / Julet charge and signal connector. The matching charger is the Shimano EC-E8004 / EC-E6002 charger at 4 A.

Current Shimano STEPS packs charge with the EC-E6002 or EC-E8004. The trap is the older EC-E6000: it uses the same connector but no longer charges newer BT-E8010 units, so a look-alike old charger can fail to work.
