Fits with the right pack. A Bafang BBS02 / BBSHD / mid drive bike takes a Bafang battery proprietary to the system, so the replacement is one of its own packs, most often the Hailong 48 V down-tube (Bafang).

A Bafang BBS02 / BBSHD / mid drive bike is powered by a Bafang drive, and the battery is proprietary to it. The replacement is one of the system's own packs: Hailong 48 V down-tube (Bafang) (48 V, up to 20 Ah, XT60); Hailong 52 V down-tube (Bafang) (52 V, up to 20 Ah, XT60); Hailong 36 V down-tube (Bafang) (36 V, XT60).
Bafang conversions are the open standard: the motor takes an XT60 battery connection and the Hailong down-tube pack is available in 36 V, 48 V and 52 V. Match the pack voltage to the motor rating (a 48 V BBS02 wants a 48 V pack), and check whether your controller uses XT60, an Anderson or a bullet connector.
