Drive units: Bafang BBS01, BBS02 and BBSHD mid-drive conversion kits, and the Hailong down-tube battery ecosystem.

Bafang conversions are the open standard: the motor takes an XT60 battery connection and the Hailong down-tube pack is available in 36 V, 48 V and 52 V. Match the pack voltage to the motor rating (a 48 V BBS02 wants a 48 V pack), and check whether your controller uses XT60, an Anderson or a bullet connector.

It charges through the XT60 discharge connector using the Conversion-kit charger (XLR or DC barrel).
